These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph62 ("ph62," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the ph62 online gaming platform available at ph62.one and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph62 Platform and close your account.
1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the ph62 Platform, including registered members and visitors who browse without registering.
1.2 By clicking "Register," "I Agree," or by otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 ph62 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the ph62 Platform. This requirement is set in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations as administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). ph62 strictly prohibits access by minors.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ph62 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from ph62 or any affiliated platform; (c) employees, contractors, or agents of ph62 or its affiliated companies; (d) persons who have been permanently banned by ph62 for violations of these Terms.
2.4 ph62 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) ph62 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph62 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph62 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). ph62 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.5 Non-Transferability. ph62 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the ph62 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph62 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or any other non-PHP tender.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ph62 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. ph62 does not accept credit card deposits for gaming purposes.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day. ph62 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. ph62 may require additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph62 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with applicable regulations.
5.1 ph62 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ph62 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
5.4 ph62 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All games on the ph62 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game, ph62 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. ph62 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner in live dealer games and chat features. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward dealers or other players will result in immediate removal from the game and may result in account suspension.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content on the ph62 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of ph62 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ph62.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph62 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 ph62's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 ph62 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
10.1 ph62 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10.2 By registering on ph62, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
11.1 ph62 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion to help players manage their gaming activity.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so through their account settings or by contacting ph62 customer support. Self-exclusion periods are binding and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to circumvent exclusion by registering new accounts.

12.1 ph62 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or its users.
12.2 Upon termination for cause, ph62 may forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or Terms violations are confirmed, any real-money balances associated with the account.
12.3 You may close your ph62 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.2 ph62 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR.
14.1 ph62 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
